About Us/Press In 1983 in her West 21st Street New York City apartment kitchen (that's Linda with the Empire State Building over her shoulder in 1984 in her "West 21st Street Truffles" T-shirt), Linda Grishman created her handmade artisan chocolates. With a move to Vermont in 1991 her chocolates have received accolades and many great reviews including the New York Times. Using only premium chocolate, fresh Vermont cream, Vermont butter, natural flavors and pure fruit purees, Linda's creations are exquisite. Our reputation is based not only on the quality of our chocolates and brittle, but also a commitment to extraordinary customer service as attested to by so many. PRESS 2008 Our Mooonlight in Vermont chocolate bars were chosen as snack of the day on the Rachael Ray Show January 29th. 2007 Vermont Life Magazine's Winter Edition loved our chocolates, especially our darkest 72% Cacao. We received rave reviews in Business Week December 8, 2003. David Rosengarten (of Food TV fame) has rated our bars as best in the world along with two other manufacturers in France. In his monthly newsletter, The Rosengarten Report, we were in the Great Great Chocolate category beating out some of the country's famous names. In a side bar, he urged dark chocolate devotees to try our milk chocolate cappuccino crunch, assuring them that it would change their minds about milk chocolate.
